Mindset Force Management LLC

About Us

Mindset Force Management LLC was formed in response to requests for advanced instructor development, specialized training, and expert witness in the use of force. This has led to the development of Risk Management skills for officers, trainers, and managers. Our experience, training, and research allows us to assess the causes of use of force success or failures and determine what role an agency's policy, training, and supervision had and will have.
